E.J.M. (Emma) van der Ploeg (LLM) focusses on:

Emma is a lawyer at Zwartbol. In her work, she regularly advises clients on (international) contracts and liability issues and she litigates when appropriate. Currently, Emma mainly works for companies that are active in the field of discrete manufacturing, especially the maritime market. Furthermore, Emma has extensive experience in advising and litigating for governments in the context of, among other things, area development and liability issues.
